Felicity has over 20 years experience in the travel industry, most recently spending 13 years in a global leadership role with the Flight Centre Travel Group. She is an experienced Business Consultant with extensive knowledge in cost management, contract management, procurement and supply of travel management services for corporations spanning 90+ markets. Having previously worked on the client side as a business consultant, managing a fortune 50 travel program, she shares knowledge and experience of the various challenges that occur when managing travel as a buyer and a supplier.

Emma has over 16 years in the travel industry with experience in finance, event management, corporate account management, contract management, procurement (travel, media & advertising, MICE, capability development, training and payment providers), project management and business travel consulting disciplines. Emma has worked across a number of different areas within travel such as event management, finance management, corporate business travel, OTA. In addition she has broader industry experience including the federal government, construction and building, technology, FMCG, manufacturing, professional services, university sector, not for profit and buying groups. In her current role in 4D, Emma is responsible for transformation project management, strategic sourcing and consulting advice/works.

As the Manager of the Hotel Solutions team, Dean is instrumental in 4D delivering tailor-made hotel programs to clients. Dean brings to the 4D team more than 15 years of travel industry experience, with his past roles specialising in supply partnerships; contract negotiation, as well as corporate travel management and supplier development strategies. Having worked in a number of industry roles, Dean has an excellent understanding of the end to end hotel supply chain and employs innovative strategies to generate strong ROIs and ensure maximum traveller satisfaction.

Having worked in the travel industry for 28 years, David has a comprehensive understanding of corporate travel management and supplier sourcing. David has established a successful career working for high-profile Australian brands such as FCM Travel Solutions, Qantas, Cathy Pacific and American Express. For the past 17 years David has worked as a travel and account manager, and has overseen numerous large-scale projects aimed at enhancing client travel programs. Experienced in mid-to-large market supplier sourcing, payment solutions, contract negotiation, technology and service implementation, and program transformation, David can show clients what best practice means for individual programs. He has also managed the Australian travel programs for two fortune 500 companies. As Principal Consultant at 4D, David works closely with clients that want to transform their travel programs for greater return on expenditure. Drawing on his broad travel industry experience David can quickly assist with all aspects of strategic sourcing, procurement, change management and travel category management.

Nicole Meyer - Solutions Consultant, Sourcing

Nicole brings a strong background in travel management, systems, sourcing and data analytics. Prior to joining 4D, Nicole was a Global Account Manager at FCM Travel Solutions working on a variety of client programs, including several large multinational clients. She has a diverse background in sourcing, technology and consulting, having previously worked in travel operations and worked across several online booking tool platforms. At 4D, Nicole assists the team sourcing and research groups interpreting results into meaningful reports and trends. These market trends and benchmarking are used to negotiate, manage and track supplier performance for our clients across key travel categories.
